The business associate agreement program is the gate on clinical features and on the founding cohort, and it is not complete. Until it is, clinical capability is fenced off for medical practices at the database level rather than quietly enabled.
This is the most important open item on this website and we are not going to soften how it reads. If a vendor tells you their agreement is in place, ask to see it.
Why this page exists now
These documents are being prepared with counsel ahead of the founding cohort and are not yet published. We would rather show an honest placeholder than post boilerplate nobody has reviewed and that a customer might rely on.
